For his first stop on a whirlwind tour of Asia, President Trump will visit Malaysia on Sunday to attend a summit of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, an organization of growing global importance that represents nearly 700 million people.
President Donald Trump, during his trip to Asia, will participate in the 47th ASEAN Summit in Malaysia before making stops in Japan and South Korea.
Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim will host leaders from ASEAN member states, along with leaders from the United States, China, Japan, South Korea, and other key partners, for the three-day summit under the theme “Inclusivity and Sustainability”.
