The small plane was on it way to pick up a patient from a nearby hospital, according to the Navajo Police Department.

Those killed were Amanda Benson, Kameilia Chavez, Nicholas Mancuso and Jeffrey Tuning. No passengers or patients were on board, CSI Aviation said.
