A rainbow crosswalk drawn in with chalk could later be seen at the intersection of Harvard and 10th streets as of 3:20 p.m. Monday. Anna Eastman, who lives near the intersection, said she started a rainbow drawing nearly two weeks ago, but completed the entire intersection at 3 a.m. Monday.
