The Jacksonville Jaguars are the most penalized team in the NFL and until they clean it up, they'll continue to struggle in games against good teams.

The Los Angeles Rams dominated the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, capturing a 35-7 victory in a game they controlled from start to finish. The Rams grabbed the game by the horns rather quickly, forcing three-and-outs on each of Jacksonville's first two drives of the game and driving right down the field for touchdowns on each of their own first two possessions.

The Jaguars are familiar with Campbell, who played for the team from 2017-19 before being traded away ahead of the 2020 season. Campbell, 39, remains a productive player with three sacks, five tackles for loss and 19 total tackles this season. He'd help shore up the team's inside pass rush, while offering veteran leadership to the group as a whole.

Not a lot went right for the Jacksonville Jaguars in Sunday's loss to the LA Rams. But in the midst of all that went wrong, one major underlying issue continues to be prevalent -- penalties. The Jaguars were penalized a whopping 13 times for 119 yards in this game.

Entering their bye, the Jaguars' eight sacks were tied for fewest in the NFL. It starts with Josh Hines-Allen getting going, but includes everybody.
