Wyoming, one of the most crypto-friendly states in the country, rejected a bill that would have allowed the state treasurer to invest in Bitcoin.

The reserve will include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, and Cardano—which rank among the top holdings of a firm that was backed by David Sacks.
