A Wisconsin couple are suing Walgreens and Optum Rx over their son's death, claiming he was unable to afford a sudden spike of cost in his asthma medication. The suit was submitted in federal court by William and Shanon Schmidtknecht of Poynette, Wis. on Jan. 21, a year to the date that their son, 22-year-old Cole Schmidtknecht, died.

Shanon and William Schmidtknecht, of Poynette, say their 22-year-old son Cole was told the cost had jumped from $66 to $539 out-of-pocket. He tried to manage his condition with his rescue inhaler but suffered a fatal asthma attack days later.

After a $500 price rise for asthma meds, Cole Schmidtknecht couldn't afford to refill his prescription.

Arkansas State Police have issued an AMBER alert for a missing pregnant teen from Wisconsin who authorities said was kidnapped by a man from Arkansas.

Sophia Martha Franklin, 16, is three months pregnant, and is believed to be with 40-year-old Gary F. Day, the father of her unborn child. Day is facing a no contact order for Sophia.
