YouTube and Disney aren't balking — the two sides haven't come to an agreement to keep channels like ABC and ESPN on YouTube TV, and they're now unavailable.

YouTube TV subscribers lost access to Disney and ESPN networks after Google and Disney couldn't reach an agreement on a deal.

Disney says that YouTube TV has refused to pay fair rates of its channels — and is therefore choosing “to deny their subscribers the content they value most.”
