In the past few seasons of Chicago Bears football, the team seemed to lack intensity at times under former head coach Matt Eberflus. The offense would often fail to click, and the defense would often seem to lack aggressiveness.

With a new interior trio up front and a pair of tackles who are solid or better, plus Johnson calling the plays, there's hope that the Bears can finally get their offense off the ground.

Chicago still has plenty of needs, including at center and potentially at left tackle, as well as on the defensive edge. But new head coach Ben Johnson's previous relationship with Ryan Tannehill could be a bridge to the team putting some more experience in the quarterback room at a reasonable price.
