Sacramento County officials on Wednesday identified the man who died after a small plane crash on Christmas Eve.
A man who died on Christmas Eve as a result of a plane crash in Rio Linda that day has been identified as Ronnie H. Metcalf, 70, of West Sacramento.
The plane brought Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to Southern California as part of his monthlong 'Arsenal of Freedom' tour.
