The Department of Homeland Security said a Columbia University student who had her student visa revoked self-deported.

Donna Wurster, who lives in Murphy, receives treatment at the VA in Dallas for extensive nerve damage in both legs, arthritis and a long list of other physical ailments due to her 20 years in the Army and Army Reserves. Wurster said she is nervous that wait times will increase and veterans will be without health care they desperately need.

Veterans are protesting President Donald Trump’s administration at the state Capitol complex in Harrisburg at lunchtime Friday. They are joining a movement that includes protests at every state’s capitol across the country and the National Mall in Washington D.

The group outside the Roundhouse wielded signs targeting billionaire Elon Musk, who is leading Trump's Department of Government Efficiency.
