Well-rested Raptors, Heat ready to shed losing streaks
The Toronto Raptors and host Miami Heat have plenty in common ahead of their clash on Monday. Both are well rested on the back of NBA Cup quarterfinal exits on Tuesday.
The Raptors rank fourth in opponent points per game at 112.8, first in opponent 3-point percentage (31.8%), and fourth in opponent field goals made (39.6). The Knicks don’t trail far behind, ranking tied for seventh in opponent ppg (114) and second in field goals allowed (85.1).
Quickley has started all 25 Raptors games this season; he'll miss the NBA Cup quarterfinal game against the Knicks on Tuesday.
The Celtics will go for their fifth straight win on Sunday against a shorthanded Raptors squad at Scotiabank Arena. Toronto is listing starting forward RJ Barrett out with a knee injury. Starting point guard Immanuel Quickley is also questionable for the matchup due to illness.
