Bayern secured the Bundesliga title last weekend and celebrated in front of their fans following their 2-0 victory over Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday, their final home game of the season.

Kane's goal was his 25th in the Bundesliga this campaign, at least six more than any other player. His 32 total goal involvements (seven assists) are also the most in the competition
