Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs 'real questionable' for Week 8 as concussion mystery lingers
It's been 8 days since Trevon Diggs' concussion. We still don't know what happened or when he'll return to the Cowboys lineup, if he does at all.
Brian Schottenheimer says on @1053thefan that he doesn’t think #Cowboys CB Trevon Diggs (concussion) will be able to make it back on the practice field today, likely meaning he will not play Sunday against the Broncos. Per Jon Machota of The Athletic, team owner Jerry Jones said that Diggs is questionable to play on Sunday. Real questionable.
The Cowboys will continue to lean on their explosive offense, led quarterback Dak Prescott. The NFL star has a flurry of weapons, playing with receivers CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens, tight end Jake Ferguson and running back Javonte Williams.
Jones said Tuesday he has heard Diggs’ story — even though he elected not to disclose details — and he’s comfortable with it.

On Tuesday, with Diggs still recovering from his concussion and wide receiver Jalen Brooks placed on the practice squad/injured list, the Cowboys re-signed Childress to their practice squad, providing additional depth in Diggs’ absence.
For some reason Dallas Cowboys backup tight end Luke Schoonmaker was subject to false reports about an arrest, while Trevon Diggs made odd news.
In his remarks to the media at The Star — the Cowboys’ $2 billion headquarters and practice facility in Frisco, Texas, about 40 miles north of Arlington where the Cowboys play their home games — Schottenheimer confirmed that Diggs was present in the building Wednesday, but did not take part in practice.
