Notre Dame built on its all-time draft picks record after six former Fighting Irish players heard their name called in the 2025 NFL Draft. All six former Notre Dame standouts were taken between rounds two and six.

It might not have been the draft weekend many Irish players wanted, but there's an upside to the slight disappointments.

Notre Dame finished last season with its first national championship game appearance since 2012. A tremendous defense, which ranked fifth in scoring, led the way and shined when called upon en route to the title matchup.
