Authorities arrest suspect in Southgate police officer shootings

The suspect in a violent Southgate shooting was in custody Friday morning, awaiting charges from the Wayne County prosecutor’s office, and the two officers who were hit by the gunfire, were recovering and "doing OK," according to police. Both officers, police added, had been in stable condition.
