The Huskies earned back-to-back wins for the first time since early October and left the Rose Bowl with just their second victory at the venue in 30 years.

The UCLA offense had struggled mightily against the Huskies and on a third down play, Iamaleava tried to scramble before he was hit by the Washington defensive line. As he was sacked, Iamaleava took a hit to the helmet and he stayed on the ground for an extended period of time as team personnel attended to him.
The Washington Huskies and UCLA Bruins meet Saturday at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. Kickoff is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. ET.
With the world rumbling about whether Saturday night would be the last time UCLA will play a home football game at the Rose Bowl and move to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, it was a night that was filled with the Bruins taking one step forward and two steps back.
Demond Williams Jr. scored on two quarterback keepers and threw for two touchdowns, leading Washington to a 48-14 rout of UCLA.
Later, it was the freshmen’s turn. Following a UW punt, redshirt freshman safety Rahshawn Clark poked the ball free from UCLA’s Mikey Matthews, with freshman cornerback Dylan Robinson scooping up the fumble at UCLA’s 20. The Huskies capitalized with a field goal to take a 3-0 lead with 1:10 left in the first.
