By Ailis Halligan in Tbilisi Georgia’s delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has announced the immediate cessation of its participation in the assembly, after the plenary voted to impose strict conditions for the ratification of the delegation’s credentials.
