McKee, in his second year out of Stanford, threw two more touchdown passes after replacing Pickett and then made his first NFL start Sunday and defeated the Giants, 20-13. He completed 27 of 41 throws for 269 yards and two touchdowns while playing almost exclusively with fellow backups.

“He wants to be great,” Barkley told The Athletic. “He’ll do anything to be great.”

The Philadelphia Eagles issued their second official injury report on Thursday in advance of their Divisional Round playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams. The Eagles listed one player under DID NOT PARTICIPATE: Dallas Goedert.

Everyone else might look at just 131 passing yards, 19 consecutive offensive snaps without a completed pass, six total passing first downs and just two completed passes over 11 yards and conclude that the Eagles’ passing game was disappointing Sunday.
