In 2023, the organization also promoted a slate of Democratic candidates seeking to defeat incumbent Republicans in Mississippi. None of those candidates were successful.

Monday, Oct. 6, is the deadline to register to vote during Mississippi's Nov. 4 elections. Registration can be done in person at county circuit clerk offices or mailed in and postmarked Oct. 6. A voter registration application can be downloaded at YallVote.ms, where voters can also check registration status or update voter registration information.
