Current regulations for medical and adult marijuana use laws have been called into question after Bill 56 was recently passed in the Senate. This bill calls for personal cutbacks and stricter penalties for recreational use outside of an individual’s residence.

Members of Warren City Council are being asked to approve a resolution opposing state legislation to change Ohio’s recently enacted recreational marijuana law. Councilman at Large Michael O’Brien and Third Ward Councilman Greg Greathouse are sponsoring the legislation calling on Ohio lawmakers to reject Senate Bill 56.
