The Food and Drug Administration issued a Class II risk warning for two Caesar salad products possibly contaminated with plastic.
The recall, announced on November 7, involves select lots of Costco’s Caesar Salad and Chicken Sandwich with Caesar Salad.
Customers are being asked not to consume the products and return the items to their local Costco for a full refund.
