The Detroit Red Wings have announced today that they will be retiring Sergei Federov's number 91. He will be the 9th Red Wing in franchise history to have his number retired by the squad.

Number 91 will be among the player numbers retired by the Detroit Red Wings, when Sergei Fedorov is honored in January.
