Travel+Leisure says released its list of the top 10 places to live in Arizona. While some metro Phoenix cities made the list, smaller towns dominated.

Kansas delivered a shocking 82-78 upset victory over No. 1 Arizona on Monday at Phog Allen Fieldhouse as the Wildcats lost for the first time this season. The Wildcats led by three at halftime in Lawrence, but the No. 9 Jayhawks rallied past the No. 1 team for an 82-78 win.

The high will reach 81 in Phoenix on Tuesday with scattered clouds expected across the state.
