The saga involving the Natural Bridge Zoo in Rockbridge County continues, as a new lawsuit has been filed in U.S. District Court.

The Phoenix Zoo welcomed a new baby Masai giraffe on Nov. 16, 2025. Her mom, Sunshine, and dad, Miguu, have not named the giraffe yet.

The 30-minute guided tours will take guests through one of the zoo’s animal facilities, followed by a meet and greet with an animal keeper.
