Goldberg has been missing from The View for the last two days. Behar first revealed that Goldberg had come down with a case of the flu on Wednesday’s episode of the hit daytime talk show. The comedian addressed her friend’s absence once again at the top of today’s broadcast.

Whoopi's other co-host, Alyssa Farah Griffin, 35, weighed in after Behar made a comment about the flu "going around" and suggested that viewers "sanitize [their] hands" and "wash them [for] 20 seconds." Sara Haines, 47, chimed in and jokingly recommended folks not "go around children."
