NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The stage has been set for College Gameday on Vanderbilt’s campus for Saturday’s live show in Nashville. It was announced Thursday that Middle Tennessee’s own comedian and actor, Nate Bargatze, will be representing the Commodores ahead of the big game on Vandy’s campus as the show’s guest picker.
Amanda Brooks got inspired as a Vanderbilt student during College GameDay in 2008. When "College GameDay" came to Vanderbilt in 2008, Amanda Brooks was in her fifth week as a divinity school student. "I loved it, but I was starting to think maybe this isn't the path for me," she said.
For the first time since 2008, College GameDay returned to Vanderbilt — and the Commodores made it count with a big win that put Nashville back in the national spotlight.

To avoid traffic congestion, Vanderbilt athletics is offering a free fan shuttle from the athletic facilities to Wyatt Lawn. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at west garage, 25th Avenue garage and Commons Lawn. The shuttle will run from 6:30 a.m. to noon Oct. 25.
