Trump singled out John Bolton, who served as his national security adviser for a portion of his first term.
We spoke to John Bolton who was President Trump’s third National Security Advisor – and served in the role when Trump met Putin in Helsinki in 2018. He has fallen out with the President, who this week called Mr Bolton a “fired loser”, “really dumb” and said it was “very unfair” that US media outlets were quoting him.
