Minneapolis had the fifth worst air quality among 125 cities worldwide on Saturday morning, according to an international air quality monitoring platform.

Smoke from ongoing Canadian wildfires has led to some of the worst air quality in the world across parts of the U.S.

The state of Minnesota is entering another in a long string of summer days marred by air quality alerts. Poor air quality will continue through Saturday with lingering wildfire smoke from Canada.
