Lago, in a segment meant to be a direct parody of the classic TV show Fantasy Island. In the South Park satire version, Trump Roark and mini-me sized J.D. Vance is Tattoo. Set on a tropical island, each episode of Fantasy Island featured guests arriving to live out elaborate fantasies,

“Well, I’ve finally made it,” Vance wrote on X, linking to the show’s post featuring a mini version of him standing next to Donald Trump, a la Tattoo and Mr. Rourke on Fantasy Island. This was Vance’s debut appearance on the show.
