Rachel Reeves makes the omnishambles budget look well organised, and she knows it. She misled the House of Commons, journalists, her own cabinet and worst of all, the public. Reeves claimed there was a black hole in the public finances. We now know this did not exist. She raised taxes by 26 billion anyway.
