Day 42. Today we woke up at 530, had a balanced breakfast, went to Floyd Lamb Park, meditated, listened to music, and walked. Afterwards, I went to my favorite coffee shop and studied some personal training material. After lunch, I went and did a back and shoulders workout. I can do 5 pull ups, 10 diamond push ups, and 10 jumping clap push ups. I can do the splits one way and can almost do the splits completely the other way.
