5 Days, 20 students, 35 hours of meditation and pranayama, ridiculously challenging vinyasa and hours and hours upside down! I’m so proud of this group for their dedication, perseverance and unbelievable growth over the past week. Some students came not being able to do a handstand for more than a few seconds and left being able to hold a free standing handstand for 2 minutes straight! I would have never thought was possible. Everyone progressed so much in their practice. You yogis are amazing!

Balance and counter balance. The key to planche, lolasana, lowering from handstand to chataranga, is to keep the hands under the hips. Most of the time that means you have to reach the chest really far forward and it takes a ton of wrist flexibility to get there.
