Set 1 ➡️ 10 reps Set 2 ➡️ 20 reps / lighter Set 3 ➡️ 10 reps Set 4 ➡️ 20 reps / lighter Set 5 ➡️ 10 reps Set 6 ➡️ 20 reps / lighter 1 minute rest between sets. As you progress through the sets, you have to really push yourself to fight back to the 10 reps after doing the 20 reps. If I do it correctly on set 5, I will be struggling to get 10 reps and may only get 8. That
