Mexican Christmas Cookies 🎄 Cookie dough: 1 1/2 cups vegatable shortening, unsalted butter, OR lard 1 cup granulated sugar 3 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Cinnamon sugar: 1 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 1.Mix lard and sugar together until smooth. 2.Add in flour and cinnamon until fully incorporated. 3.Dough can be scooped into balls but I roll it out to about 1/4 inch thick and used a small cookie cutter. (Diameter was about 1.5 inches)
