No history of trauma or inflammation. Vitreous cysts can be congenital or acquired, usually benign and non-progressive. 🧬 Congenital cysts = choristomas from the primary hyaloid system, derived from iris/ciliary pigment epithelium with immature melanosomes. 🔬 Management: · 🔹 Asymptomatic: Observation & follow-up.
