I’m so disappointed. We love chick fil a, they have always been top notch with customer service, especially with parents and children. They always go the extra mile, so it saddens me that it seems like they are phasing out the play places. As I understand it, the plans for the new buildings were drawn up during covid (when people weren’t coming in the stores) however, that is not the same situation today. This particular CFA, has been there since I was a kid. It has always had a play place. New
