Meet the kinkajou! These nocturnal mammals have evolved for a life in the trees eating mostly fruit. Their tails are prehensile, they have a long tongue for extracting fruit pulp and nectar, and their fruit diet makes them excellent dispersers of many seeds. This kinkajou took its time sampling the oranges and bananas at the Panama Fruit Feeder cam before heading off into the night. Time to check off another new species to visit this diverse feeder cam!
