On Sept. 29, a large class of 40 juvenile justice officers was recognized during a graduation ceremony at the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Central Office. In addition to honoring these graduates, the ceremony included a special recognition of Cabarrus Juvenile Detention Center Supervisor Ian Minor, who was this year’s Raising the Bar Award Recipient for Juvenile Facilities and Programs.
