Just an FYI 👆 Roar, hum, breathe, moo - you do you 💯 “My first birth I was silent and terrified (hadn’t done Hypnobirthing), my second birth (first time doing Hypnobirthing) I ROARED my baby out and I felt like a superwoman, it was eurphoric, my third birth I was calm, relaxed and pretty much silent (apart from quietly uttering one little ‘f*ck me’ on an exhale 🙊 so I’m told 💁🏻‍♀️😆) and my fourth was this one 👆👀 A positive birth experience can be a quiet one, but it doesn’t have to be ✌️
