It’s #WorkoutWednesday so time to put your body in motion with this epic workout. 💪🏻⁣ ⁣ Set a running clock ⏱ and do as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes of the following circuit:⁣ 🔺5 LUNGE JUMPS⁣ 🔺5 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS⁣ 🔺30 JUMPING JACKS⁣ ⁣ If you can’t do any of these movements, no problem!
